I can't just get over how beautiful Seattle it is lately. Even though I live here in Seattle longer enough (this is my 8th year already!), I am so impressed by the beauty of Seattle's summer each year. If you have been to Japan during summer, you know why I am. But for those who have never been to, it's is just insane... Humidity is crazily unpleasant. The air isn't as fresh as here. You will be always so sweaty as crazy. The worse part is there are A TONS OF MOSQUITOS!
As I enjoy this charming Seattle summer so much, why not have fun more by wearing something bright rather than no colors? I used to wear more colors during this season. However, now that I have my lavender hair, I tend to choose blacks or neutral colors. That's why this colorful chiffon top really caught my eyes when I went to shopping at a H&M store.
This top instantly adds a perfect summer vibe thanks to the multiple colors, and it's incredibly light and airy. Unfortunately, it's sold out, but I really love the dress version of this top, too!
I paired it with one of the summer staple bottoms - white cutouts - and fringe sandals! Nothing like colorful sandals to wear in Summer! Some people are afraid of color on color, but I think the best way to try the style is to rock your favorite colored shoes. Trus me, next time when you are going for a regular pair of sandals, swap to brighter sandals! You will love the swich! ;) Another tip for color-blocking style is to make sure to balance it out or tone it down by adding some neutral colors in between or to the accessories like my Lack of Color hat.
