Hi LOVEs!! Today, I’d like to share with you the new challenge that I started two weeks ago!! I don’t know if many of you know that I am thirty-years-old, and I am turning 31 this year. Yes!!! I can see your shocking face staring back at this screen! Haha, I believe I am so fortunate to not look 30--Thanks, Mom! But the reality that I am currently struggling with is... fat very hard to burn lately. I don’t know whether or not it is due to my age or it is because I haven’t worked out in such a long time, but the fat won’t melt away.
You’re probably screaming at me, “Aika, you are not fat at all!” Thank you for that <3. I agree with you that I am not overweight or have any excuse to complain. However, like all of us, I have some areas of flab that I want to burn that I’m not super stoked to have.
