Hi LOVEs!

I hope your week has been treating you well! It's almost the weekend so hang in there!

Ughhh! I am so so so pleased that I finally can share with you guys one of the pieces I got from

Balmain x H&M

collection!! I am so sorry it took nearly a month to post this outfit! However, it's better late than never, right? ;)

First thing to say.... I freaking L O V E this pencil skirt!! I think I should admit that it's THE BEST pencil skirt I've ever owned! I am not even exaggerating! Can't get over the black and white color, and it's very fascinating that the skirt is super stretchy and body-hugging. It helps compliment my body line, especially around my waist. You know Balmin clothes as well as the collection are stunningly bold, edgy, and striking! I would totally stick with the vibe to style this pencil skirt, but I decided not but with good reason! Instead, I went for chic and something that is wearable every day, which I donned a

beige turtle neck

and

ankle booties

. I am not a office lady, but this could be perfect for business meetings or work attires, couldn't it?

I topped it off with my new

UNIQLO 2-way cape

for an extra layer, accentuating some

gold jewelry

! This UNIQLO cape is such a bad boy because as the name states, it's good both as a cape and scarf. But I figured

this kind of cape

is totally styled in multiple ways! As the picture shows down below, you could wear it at least in 3 ways! Seriously in love!

I hope you enjoyed my first

Balmain x H&M

look, and looking forward to a future post where I will probably restyle this amazing pencil skirt!

Happy almost weekend, everyone!!!♥

Burgundy Love // 5 Ways To Style A Lace Dress - Final Look

Styling is FUN.  This is how I rocked my lace dress in 5 different ways.

Hi LOVEs! Happy Humpday!

Ever since I started my love affair with fashion, styling has been my biggest interest. This is especially important for me, since my body type makes it challenging to make the looks stunning due to my body structure (big face, long torso, and short legs). So how I put everything together is super crucial. Eekk, Being short can be a struggle! Plus, I was raised in a very strict family and was the oldest child, which meant I didn't get much allowance to shop for clothes when I was in teenager. Still, I didn't want to wear the same outfits over and over, so re-styling the same pieces and building a completely different look using what I had in my closet was my only solution.  I was truly fascinated with how styling could double my outfit options! Possibly more?

Over the last few weeks, I have been sharing how to style a body-con dress ( Isn't the lace detail amazing?!) This is the final installment! You can check

the first

,

second

, and

third look

if interested.

For the

4th look

, I went for preppy chic, using the dress as a skirt. This time, I opted for more grown-up and sophisticated look. I paired the dress with my seasonal all-time favorite piece: a

turtleneck sweater.

It is one of the perfect winter pieces and must-haves because of its versatility and you can effortlessly bundle up! I literally wear it every other day! haha

I love wearing anything with burgundy color in winter. It's not as bright as red, yet the wine color gives a nice ladylike flair. Also, the hue polishes off any look very nicely and sleekly, so I wore the burgundy fedora and OTK boots to complete the ensemble. Since I couldn't tuck the turtleneck in, I decided to tie a belt around my waist for more flattering effect.

Topping it off with a statement necklace is always a great idea!

I hope you like how I styled the dress, and hopefully you've got some inspiration of how you can style your own dress by switching out other pieces from your wardrobe! Pick up some oldies to put together! They will appreciate you for bringing their life back again! :)

Comment below to share which one is your favorite!

Wishing you all a wonderful and productive day!

Hi LOVEs!!! I hope your week has been going awe-some so far!!! <3

Who loves '(faux) leather'??  ME! Who adores 'overalls'?? ME! So who's more than happy if they are all combined? Yes, me! lol

I am so pleased to now own one of the pieces I've been having my eyes on, which is a

faux leather overall dress

! I got it from a cool online store called

Petit Sesame

, where you can buy a wide selection of luxury yet affordable designer items.

This overall dress is simply so cute because I can be effortlessly chic once I put it on. These straps are adjustable so it can fit perfectly on any girl, even like myself as a petite gal. I appreciate it has pockets (Three!), so I could just wear it for running errands or getting a quick coffee with my phone and credit card or cash, while remaining little stylish :)

I wanted to go for a completely winter preppy chic, so I styled it with a navy striped turtle neck and

over-the-knee boots

. These items are always perfect to achieve a preppy look during this season! Then, I put on a gray beret hat with hair tucked in the sweater to play up the vibe. Even though it was pretty warm on the day I wore this look, I needed an outerwear for a chill night. I chose my pastel biker jacket to brighten up the mostly all-black look and also match with my

new icy blue mini bag

! I just can't get over when my jacket and a bag are complementing their color with each other.

I can't wait for a warmer wether to style this overall dress showing off my skins more!

Petit Sesame

is now offering up to 80% off right now, so don't miss this perfect time to snag some of fab designers item including my

lovely faux overall dress

!

I hope you like/love how I styled it!

Hi Loves!

It's unusual that I post at night, but today was crazy busy all day long. I just got home from an event hosted by

Ben Bridge

for their newly launched collection, called

Lisa Bridge Collection

! (The blog post is coming soon!) This is my first chance to sit down, relax and write this post.

What's your favorite piece for the winter season? Mine is definitely this furry vest c/o

TOBI

. I had been searching all around for one for the last few years, and nothing really caught my eye until I came across this cute pale pink fur vest. For some reason, I've been so into pale pink colors lately. So no wonder I am so in love with this vest over the other ones out there.

Fur vests are such an amazingly versatile item that I feel every girl ought to have one in her closet. While it can be totally wearable on a daily basis  (like how I put it together in today's look), you can also dress it up like

this one

when I wore it for my New Years Eve look. If you are getting tired of a regular biker jacket ensemble, get a fur vest! :) It will instantly elevate your look and kick it up another level with its fun and sophisticated effect. This is one of my go-to outfits, and you can see what it is doing for today's look! I am pleased that you can layer up the vest just like a scarf. Even if you take an outer layer off, you can actually put the vest back on for extra warmth and still remain looking chic. It's double yays!

With the fur vest, I mixed up with my new recent purchases (

top c/o Shoproxx

,

skirt from Romwe

, and

booties from F21

) and my oldie items. These wine red booties has been my BFF for a while! I can't get enough of how sleek they look from the side!

By the way, I adore how

Wendy of

Wendy's Look Book

styled her faux fur vest with her tiered dress and over-the-knee boots! Even though she wore it back in October, I think this could be a cute transitional spring look if paired with a brighter color palette. I will try the "style challenge," taking inspiration from her look once I find a lovely tiered dress! Don't you think it will be fun??

I hope you like/love how I styled my beloved winter item!

Hi LOVEs!!! Happy Friday!

You know what's coming up next month!? YESSS!!!

FASHION WEEK

!!! Unfortunately, once again I won't be able to attend in person due to crazy busy schedule, but it doesn't mean I can't dress up as if I were there, right? When Fashion Week approaches, I naturally get inspired. I start gathering outfit inspirations from everywhere and come up with some outfits that I would definitely rock if I was to attend!! The camel coat is enjoying a major moment right now. It adds you an instant chicness to any outfit, and it's really a versatile item thanks to its neutral color. I have seen a lot of bloggers, like

Song of Style

and

Kayture

, are rocking it and can't get enough of how they style their coats!! I was totally convinced to invest a little money in this

cozy camel coat from

ASOS

. To be honest with you, it's a bit bigger on me even though it was the smallest size, but I can surely live with it! Wink-wink!

So I styled up this look around the coat as the centerpiece and added a neutral colored turtleneck and white skort. I picked leopard printed booties for a bit of something extra since I otherwise the look is kept simple. Leopard shoes will never go out of style. When I was coordinating this look, I decided I would put on a fedora for a touch of sophistication. I am a huge, like HUGE, fan of the fedora, and this pink one is one of the unexpected pieces I never thought I would have in my closet. Pink is often passed off as simply a girly color, but in reality pink has the ability to create the just right amount of  girly-cool vibe while maintaining your feminine charm. So it was perfect to incorporate my pink fedora to this camel coat look. What's the best thing about this fedora? It looks super cute on my new silver hair! <3 <3 Finally, I love how my vintage shoulder bag/clutch compliments the look from the side angle with the leopard booties.

Are you planning to go to Fashion Week? What's your attire?

Have a great weekend babes!

Hi LOVEs!!

One of the street trends that has caught my eyes these days is wearing all white ensembles with winter layers. People are inclined to wear dark colors during this season, and I am definitely one of them. It's bold and sophisticated and I don't think it never goes wrong with it however you style in. Nonetheless, it's fresh and fun to switch up your mind, playing with colors once in a while, and we also need to brighten up the darkest days of the year! Whites are definitely great color option to choose from! I adore the sleekness and crispness of the hue, and it will surely freshen up your mind once you put on because I actually felt revitalizing while wearing this look!

I've tried several times all white styles for the last few years over the summer, but never done in winter. So why not challenge myself to give it a try? It's a new year, and it's all about trying new things without fear, right? Right on time, I got this

slick white turtleneck from

ShopRoxx

, and I simply paired it with my white wardrobe. Super effortless coordinating ever! Normally I add accessories or mix with vivid color items as I go for head-to-toe all white look, but this time I kept the whole look as simple as possible. Yet I couldn't help myself tying it with a snakeskin clutch for a bit of eye candy.

Do you like all-white fashions in winter? Hope you enjoy today's winter white look!

Hi LOVEs!
If you know me well enough, you know I love playing around with prints and bright colors. However, ever since this season's trends have been revealed, I have recognized that impact of simple and basic items. I just can't stop incorporating them into my daily looks. Today's look is absolutely one of my favorites!

By the way, what are your favorite trends this fall and winter? Of all the hot trends right now, I am obsessed with the pastel and retro feeling from the 60's, and I can't get enough of that 90's classic style. So I decided to combine both in this outfit, and it totally worked out! I recently got this cropped turtleneck sweater from H&M, and it's just so perfect to pull off the 90's vibe instantly. The item has become a staple piece in my wardrobe now. I am literally wearing it right now even as I am writing this!
I paired it with my vintage high-waisted shorts and two new items from Ami Clubwear: yellow pointy toe pumps and a lavender tote mini bag. I love how they give the outfit a 60's vibe, so to emphasize it further I added a pair of ankle socks. The temperature is dropping now, and wearing pumps with bear feet give me a chill. Yet, wearing tights would be too hot and dull during the day. That's why adding a pair of socks is season appropriate and gives you a touch of chicness. Even it helps to upgrade your fall look.

You may have noticed a little change in my hair, huh? Yes, I spontaneously chopped off my hair!!! Haha. Just kidding, instead I found a super easy way to style a bob hair style without cutting off your beautiful hair! Just wear a turtleneck (It's super trendy and snuggling!), and don't pull your hair out from the collar! It doesn't sound like it would work out, so I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it! I really like easy hairstyles that produce a wow factor.

Have a lovely day, cuties!

Hi LOVEs! and.....

♥♥♥ HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

♥♥♥

I had hoped to post this look the day before Valentine's as my second V-day inspired outfit but was unable to because I left sick yestrday and had to spend time in bed to get some rest! But heyyy --- what is a better Valentine's present than a good outfit, huh?  Here you go! :)

This photoshoot was one of the best ones I've ever had! Not just because I really love the outfit, but also because I can't get enough of my new hair and color! And I am overjoyed with how beautifully my photographer friend, Eric, captured me through his lens... This series offers more head shots than usual... I just couldn't choose which one was the best! :P

Even though I can't share today with my valentine, this outfit is definitely the one I would wear to celebrate my day. While the first look highlights the color red and showcases cuteness and femininity for a younger woman, this outfit focuses on elegance and the seductive nature of a mature woman. That's why I styled it up with all-black to elevate the polished and chic touch, including the outerwear and the bag. Just a little note, the black fur coat is really a go-to item that you shouldn't miss this winter season. It keeps you bundled up for sure, and you can't go wrong wearing it with any style... I am so glad to have snagged this one when it was on sale for  ~$10 at

H&M

! Score!

I'd been looking for a skirt with some flares for a long time and finally found

the perfect one at

H&M

. Thanks to the ruffle hems, it gives a nice amount of charm to the look. How can I not love the skirt? Simple but elegant! I love the skirt so much!

Of course, I wanted to add some characteristic colors and items from Valentine's Day. So I topped it off with the

ASOS

heart print tights and

UrbanOG

pretty pink wedge heels. Oh, and don't forget to complement the look with gold accessories and a hint of red lips!

Wishing you all a very lovely and sweet Valentine's Day! Happy a day of love!!!

Kisses and Hugs xoxo

Hi LOVEs!!!!
I am sure that you ALL know that the Seattle Seahawks became the world champion in football!!! How awesome is that?!?! I am originally from Japan, but I love Seattle! I am totally proud of my city's team!!!! Last Wednesday, after about 700,000 people gathered in Downtown Seattle to cerebrate the Seahawks' amazing win on Sunday. The street was completely packed with the 12th Man. Unfortunately, I had to work that day so I couldn't go see the actual parade.... However, I thought I should show some love by wearing the Seahawks' BLUE colors! :)

If you know a bit about me, you may have noticed that I am completely obsessed with BLUE lately. This striped turtle neck and accompanying puffer coat are a couple of the new pieces I've received from NOWiSTYLE. This coat not only looks really warm -- it really IS! Its design is superb, especially the way the collar/hood cradles my neck. It is unexpectedly wonderful. It flames my face and keeps my neck really snug. It offers a drawstring high on the waist that can be pulled in to lengthen the appearance of my legs by shortening the torso! I always love the trick of creating an illusion to make my legs magically look longer! Turtle necks are a must-have item this winter, and there is so many ways to rock it! Thought it is a turtle neck dress, it can be transformed into a top, as well.

Ever since wearing a pair of sneakers with a fashionable outfit has become a trend, I have wanted to try it out. Still, I am crazy about heels and appreciate the extra height they add, so sneakers never seemed to make it into one of my outfits. BUT, look how I managed to pair them with today's ensemble! The pink neon color of the shoelaces harmonizes with the outfit, and I really like how they helped my casual sporty look keep just right amount of femininity!
I topped off this look with some silver accessories, hologram bag and put on BLUE mirrored sunglasses to add a sporty vibe a bit more.

Valentine's day is now less than a week away. Do you all have a SWEET plan to celebrate it with your beloved one?
I created two Valentine's inspired outfits for you so please stay tuned for the posts coming up next week!

Happy weekend! :)
