Hi LOVEs!!!! When you were a little kid, where was the funnest place in the world for you? The zoo? An amusement park? Perhaps an aquarium? I think many of you would agree with me when I say that for me it was 'Disney Land'!!!! Unfortunately, I didn't have many chances to go there whether young or old, but even still Mickey is one of my all-time favorite characters, and he is popular around the world!

On a recent trip to Forever 21, I was super duper happy because I finally, FINALLY found the ideal and cutest Mickey sweater I had been looking for! This sweater has become my best holiday sweater yet, and the print with its variety of Mickey  faces is really what makes this sweater!!!! It's not too kiddy, but pretty enough to catch the eyes. For winter, you need a statement sweater, and this sweater should no doubt be ranked in.

I paired it with my new camel round skirt c/o NOWiSTYLE and then slipped on my TOPSHOP pink gold heels to emphasize my girly theme. Whenever I want to go for a feminine style, I have a tendency to style up with a beret ( I have more than 5!!!!) just like today's post. If you don't have a time to style your hair,  throwing a beret hat only takes a few seconds to give your look a smattering of sophistication! When it's a little cold for just a sweater alone, I like to throw on this tartan check peacoat. Anytime I want to add a bit of color to brighten my look, some colored outwear is the perfect item for the solution.

So...do you have any Mickey motif items?
Happy Monday ♥

HAPPY NEW YEARS 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi LOVEs!
How was your New Year's Eve & Day?? I really hope you had a wonderful and exciting time!!
Thank you very much for your big support and love for my fashion last year! There were a lot of times that I would have given up on my dreams, but your continuous support saved me countless times! :) I will keep doing my best to give you wow photos and share my 'unique' style continuously in 2014!!!!

My first outfit is all about what I adore. A white faux fur coat, houndstooth leggings, a Kate Spade bag, and suspenders <3 I already have a few faux fur coats but didn't have a white one, and you have no idea how much I love my new one c/o NOWiSTYLE. Although it's a plain design, this coat is super fab and amazingly warm, and once you put it on, you can instantly create a chic vibe. As you may notice, this coat doesn't have either snaps or zippers so I used my belt with an awesome gold buckle to tighten around my waist. I have shorter legs, and this easy and small twist creates magic to make my legs longer and to balance out my height!

How amazing are these houndstooth leggings?  Handstooth prints are one of the must-haves for winter, and this leggings are just so perfect. If you get bored with a regular look, just adding or switching to any hounds tooth item would change your whole look, making it more trendy and eye-catchy! Another piece I definitely can't resist is suspenders. They are absolutely one of my current obsessions! I can say that this look wouldn't have been completed if suspenders were not worn. Don't you agree?? And I didn't wear them attached straight from the leggings because I wanted to wear them loosely to be a playful looking. I think I could say that the studded collar necklace adds an extra subtle essence to my look as well!
Of course, my favorite Kate Spade bag always severs as an outfit's standout piece thanks to its color and leather texture!

Have a lovely weekend!!!!

Hi LOVEly readers! Happy Halloween!
Hope you all had a fun and amazing Halloween weekend! :) I was very overjoyed with my Halloween this year! First, my boss took to me to a pumpkin patch, which I had never done before, and I really liked the field where I could pick and choose among so many different kinds and colors of pumpkins. Then, he hosted a huge Halloween party last weekend! I was his main assistant, acting as a photographer and mingling with the guests, but also he gave me the responsibility to put on a fashion show of costumes at the party! For my first costume I dressed up as a naughty feline femme fatale, and my second costume was as a Geisha, which is a costume I have wanted to do for a long long time!! My boss also invited a professional photographer to the party so that the guests could have professional photographs taken of their fabulous costumes! Of course I had a bunch of pictures taken at the booth. So don't forget to scroll down to see both of my costumes!!!

I wore this following outfit for a TOPSHOP launch event last week and my inspiration was Halloween. I added the wide-brimmed fedora (think witch chic) from Free People  and I accessorized myself with both spiky and Haloween-inspired jewelry such as snake, skull and spider rings, a horn necklace, geometric earrings. I added  a touch of dark purple color to my lips to emphasize a Witch touch.

I love how my knee high socks and these Steve Madden platform pumps go well together and I really appreciate the fact that they make my legs look longer. These heels are not meant for shopping for hours, but you know how I am. I love CRAZY shoes that catch people's eyes! After I finished shopping, my feet were completely dead but I really love how these heels can bring out the Witch vibe.

Who in the world would think to combine camouflage and witch look together? ME!!!! lol
I wouldn't have expected that they could ever go well together, but look how it turned out! I really love it and love that this outfit has a sense of femininity thank to the pleated skirt!

Hope you enjoy my today's look, LOVEs!!!
I took some pictures at the event at Bellevue Square Topshop, so hopefully I can share them with you soon!

Okay, now it's time to talk about Halloween!
What do/did you guys dress up as?
Here is my Naughty Cat & Geisha costume!!!

Please enjoy my costumes!!!!

I had purchased a cat costume for my first Halloween in 2008. Since then, I had worn it in 2010 and 2011, and now I am so tired of the same costume, yet I didn't wanna spend a bunch of money for an outfit I could only wear one day a year. So I re-styled everything, by using the cat ear headband and bow collar.

Bustier: Forever 21
Tutu: Rented
Red Mesh Tights: a local store
Fur cuffs: ASOS
Booties: Jeffrey Campbell

What I like the most about this look is my hair! I managed to style my hair fabulously, didn't I?

As for the Geisha look, everything is rented.
I mentioned earlier in this post that my boss hosted a Halloween party, and his nice friend who owns a costume shop let us borrow whatever we wanted to pick. This Geisha costume was my pick. I had not planned to change my costume, but I always love to try a new thing and the Geisha costume was one of the top 5 costumes I've wanted to try whenever I had a chance!
I am really obsessed with this kimono so bad! Isn't it just so dramatic and gorgeous? No wonder it's worth over $200+. I couldn't find the obi (wide sash) to tie the kimono so I used the robe ribbon as the obi! lol It actually works huh?
I am so glad to finally get dressed up as a Geisha for my Halloween costume!!! All the guests completely loved my second costume more than my first one, and said that I reminded them of a Geisha from "Memoirs of a Geisha"!!

What do you guys think? :)

Thank you very much for reading today's long post, but I really hope that you enjoy it!!!!!
Have a freaky but fun Trick-or-Treating!

End-of-Summer Tribal

 Photographed by Justin Swain

TRIBAL PRINT DRESS: C/O Charlotte Russe
GREEN BUTTON UP CARDIGAN : C/O Now I Style
BELT & FRINGE BAG: Forever 21
STRAW HAT: H&M
RED FRAMED SUNGLASSES: ALDO
PLATFORM SANDALS (PICKUP BLACK NUBUCK): Steve Madden

-------------------------------------------------------

I was very pleased to receive a care page from Charlotte Russe (Thanks Ryan!!!!!! <3 ) in the beginning of August because CR is one of my favrite stores. Until now, I had only bought shoes and accessories there; I had not yet purchased clothing there. So the package was a pleasant surprise to me as there were many pieces that fit my style so well, and this tribal dress was my first pick!!!  I am so excited to finally blog about their outfits!

To start, I've  never attempted to wear a tribal print before, but this dress totally turned me onto tribal prints. It's super fun and dazzling because of the mix of colors and patterns. Another hot part of this dress is its double straps and the big cut-out details in the back. I just love these details because they bring out the decollate and the back. You ca see what I am talking about through the pictures, right?

The dress is a bit longer than I usually wear. So, I added the wide belt to adjust the length and also to balance top and bottom since I am short in stature and have short legs. Then, I paired it up with my new Steve Madden black platforms to add some height and make my look more flattering.

In order to elevate this tribal-print look, I layered up a bunch of chunky bracelets with colors and threw on this lovely straw hats, styling my hair up into a low bun to show off the beautiful back details.

Although the Seattle summer still heats up our daytime, it gets chilly when the night comes. This easy thin fabric green cardigan from Now I Style did a great job to keep me warm in the brisk weather. Just wearing a cardigan, either thin or chunky, is such an awesome and handy way to transition a summer look into a fall look. By the way -- I've became an official style blogger on the Now I style site! I will talk about it more in a future outfit post!)

Hope you like/love my tribal-print look!!!  Don't forget to check out Charlotte Russe both online and at a store near you! FYI -- Online CR store always does crazy deals like BOGO and MORE so I highly recommend you to sign up for their mail list to be sure that you won't miss those awesome sales!
