Rosey White Out

Rosey White Out

Wearing white in summer is fundamental, yet it is still considered to be a major look. This ensemble always remains a hot trend. It's impossible not to love how the crispness and how an all-white look can produce a crisp, luxurious and rich feeling?

Hi LOVEs!!!
Today I am featuring a look with a little different feeling than usual. Perhaps you may recall and ensemble I posted a while ago, wearing this same black asymmetrical dress courtesy of Charlotte Russe. (Unfortunately it's no longer available because their inventory goes so fast!) And I mentioned in the post that I decided to use this dress in two separate looks: one for day and one for night!
Here comes the night look!!!

Unlike the daytime office-inspired look, this asymmetrical dress has been transformed into the perfect night look. It's great to own a dress that is so versatile for different occasions. What I did to create the night look was very simple: I took the jacket and the necklace off because the dress has such beautiful details around the neckline, both front and back. I switched from white heels to a pair of black strap heels to achieve a slimming effect. I also added a wide rhinestone bracelet and a flower hair clip so that I could give it a summer touch. A tropical printed clutch compliments the night look playfully, and I appreciate the pop of emerald green!

I am so grateful that my photographer suggested waiting for a few hours in order for us to capture the sunset and use it as an amazing backdrop. As you can see... It was totally worth it! I'd never done a shoot at sunset, and I was really happy with how the pictures turned out. I seriously love how the shades of stunning twilight make the pictures so perfect and romantic. By the way, I think I am quite confident that I can now manage to model even in freezing weather because these were taken back in the middle of April! lol I am so glad that actual summer is approaching -- no more freezing during the photoshoot! :)

I hope you enjoy the night look! Which looks do you prefer, day or night?
A few more days till the weekend! Hang in there babes!

This is another look I styled for EA$Y MONEY CLOTHING wearing their dope WHITE BEANIE.
Unlike the first look, the second look is all about a fun and playful look and being more street-fashion inspired. I purposely managed to put everything together in black and white because that's the EASY MONEY statement style, yet I added a dark purple color to my feet, so I could create 'my' style. Like I mentioned, this outfit is all about fun and playful. Then both Urban Outfitters Bowie Tour pullover sweatshirt and Kesh x American Apparel bodycon dress which I wore as a skirt this time really do a great job for that. If either of them were just a simple and plain garment, it wouldn't have been as amusing as this look. Agree? To emphasize the vibe even more, I put on patterned tights gifted from my mom (Thanks mom! <3 ), and I roughly braided my hair after I curled it.
When it came to choose an outer and bag, I unhesitantly picked this fur coat and fur bag to match up. I am very pleased that the look ended up being glammed up thanks to them.

Speaking of the title of today's post, isn't it such a great, strong, inspiring quote? It is one of my favorite quotes that pump me up all the time. Life is not always easy. Everyone knows that. And personally, I believe that difficult life is much more interesting and valuable and worth living for. My life in America for the last 5 years apart from my family and my old friends has been really tough and harsh. I frequently wished it would have been easier, and often though about giving up and going home. On top of that, I've encountered uncountable difficulties and problems that made me super depressed and discouraged. However, I've always fought against them because you gotta work hard for something you want to gain; to me it has always been DREAMS. I can confidently say this: without obstacles and unpleasant times, your life would be tedious. Life is like a diamond. The harder you strive, the shinier your life will be. When looking back these 5 years, all I can think of is how stronger and more appreciative I have become thanks to my difficult times. Life goes on no matter what happens, and you must work hard or harder to get something worthwhile in your life.

Happy Friday ♥

Hi LOVEly readers!
It's August, which means summer time is almost gone... :( I still have so many things I wanna do, though.

Such a short time to do so many things! Oh well... I gotta plan each day not to waste what summer I have left! haha
I have been waiting for so long to post this ALL WHITE look ever since I had the photoshoot! ALL WHITE is the definitely style that I really wanted to try for once!! Why not?!?!
Finally I made it happen, and how can't I NOT love this trend? I believe that all-white look can been seen everywhere, so now I wonder why I hadn't tried it myself until now.. It's an insanely awesome look for this season. I really love the fact that white can create that image of purity, peace, and innocence, and I think that my outfit is no exception. ( I hope!) But that's not all I am about, as you know! Never satisfied, I styled it up with some bold accessories and jewelry, such as red lipstick, a spiky necklace, some lizard earrings, a snake ring, and neon platforms.  That gave me all-white with some EDGE!

When the photographer and I were looking for some nice scenery in which to showcase this look, we ran into a perfect hidden place right in Pike Place Market. The light pink wall generates a Greek/Santorini atmosphere that really matches my look and makes my outfit standout even more. (If only the photoshoot could have REALLY been in Greece!) Plus, the cafe bar right opposite the wall has an amazing style thanks to their fascinating exterior.

One of my recent fave items is this Spike Mob Necklace courtesy of ABSTRAKTLA! I've got so many compliments on this necklace, and everyone loves it! It can go with any kind of clothes/styles for sure! I've paired it up with a sundress, black sheer top, and a draped cami. Yup, all of them look absolutely fabulous with this necklace!
If you are looking for a cool necklace that helps create a subtle look, this is it!
Thank you so much ABSTRAKTLA! :)

Do you have a necklace that goes with every outfit?

Hope you like/love my ALL WHITE look :)

It's All About Femininity.

NEON PENCIL SKIRT: Forever 21

CRYSTAL COLLAR NECKLACE: Nasty Gal

SHEER SOCKS: Gifted from my mom

COLOR BLOCK WEDGES: Qupid via Lulu's.com

WATCH: Nordstrom

In today's blog I want to start with a BIG thank you to my mom for such a lovely pair of ankle socks. She sent me even more than these, so hopefully I can showcase them in the near future! Though I have several kinds of ankle socks, these are definitely one of my favorites because they are simply adorable, and their feminine details ( especially the tiny triple bows in the back!) add an extra cute-factor to my look. I am totally in love with the sheer fabric as well! Thanks, Mom!!!!!!!

Today's overall look is focused on creating a sophisticated lady style, using a lot of items that enhance and emphasize the feminine figure. The polkadot peplum top is definitely a head-turner. It's very elegant when seen either from the front and back. This top is very versatile, and you could use it to either dress up or down! UO sells a variety of peplum tops that can help you catch attention like mine!  Today's look catches my eye with its contrast -- the blouse and accessories are subdued, while the skirt and socks/shoes are colorful, fun, and playful.

When it came to my hair, I decided that a sideways straight hair style with a head band is effortless but still stylish enough to make a perfect feminine look. How long do you think does it take to achieve? Only 10 seconds! Comb your hair, bring it to the side, and put on whatever head band you like! How easy! :) This hairstyle is my hairstyling savior when I don't have time to do my hair!

Hope you like/love my look! <3

Hi my lovely readers! Happy Friday again! I am going out for dinner with my friend tonight at my favorite Japanese restaurant, so I am very very excited. Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to go there for such a looooong time!!! Hope you, too, are planning many nice things to do for your Friday night!

This photos were taken a few weeks ago by Oveth , a Seattle-based photographer. He lives in Bellingham, but he came down to Seattle for an interview with a model agency. I am very happy that he reached out to me to collaborate on this photoshoot. I really enjoyed the photoshoot with him and am especially pleased with how the photographs came out. We didn't particularly select the locations in advance, but my outfit and the scenery  are nicely coordinated with the background.

I had never owned a camo jacket until I found this amazing two-tone jacket at Urban Outfitters (Similar). I'd been searching for several months, but I always ended up not being able to find the ideal one, so just look at this cool camo jacket I got! All that time searching  really paid off, dontcha think? Just putting it on gives a cool edginess to my look! In addition, I really love how the Camo jacket really goes together with my red lipstick! I believe it is one of my favorite combinations!
Since the camo jacket has a really outstanding pattern, I wanted to style the inner clothes very simple but still fun and edgy! I never tried to pair the bustier/bralet (Similar) in this kind of way (to wear it over a top), and I really like how it creates a different look of "jean-on-jean" outfit.

Also, lucite heeled shoes are SO in vogue right now. I just gotta say, I LOVE THESE CRAZY BOOTS soooo much! When I found them online at Charlotte Russe ( YES! They are ONLY available online & you can buy them HERE!), I couldn't help but buy them because they are simply AWESOME! Whenever I wear them, people just look at the shoes and pay me compliments, which makes me super duper happy! I paired my new H&M clear earrings with this outfit to match up with those booties as well :)

Thanks again, Oveth for the awesome photo shoot!
Hope you like/love my camo look~ <3
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!
