Hi LOVEs!!!!

The weather in Seattle lately has been super unpredictable, and to be honest with you, it's driving me insane. It's sunny one day, and next day it completely changes to a gloomy, chilly, unhappy weather. The worst part is.... it greatly affects my emotions! Ugh! I can't wait for summer! But outfit wise, I am really pleased with the cool temperature only because I can take advantage of it to still wear my favorite coats!

This

camel oversized coat

has been a big hit ever since I've owned in my closet, and needless to say, I've worn it a countess time already. And I wanted to create something spring-inspired. Whenever I wear an outerwear, especially a little thick one, I always tend to tuck up the sleeves to show some skin. This one easy trick instantly transforms any winter-ish coat to an appropriate spring one. Even a black bicker jacket as well. Today's look was created around this awesome coat with a double denim ensemble along with a

camel hat

which is my major hat obsession right now.

Since the festivity mood is floating everywhere, I was inspired to wear festival-ready accessories to finish the look. A peacock earrings, a beaded necklace, and of course a

fringed bag

. They are definitely spice up the look!

I love my new sunnies from

Polette

and new chic pointy heels from

Cherry Footwear

. They are perfect to complement the look! Never go wrong with a black pair of heels! If you are looking for a fun, affordable shoe online store,

Cherry Footwear

is such a good place to shop at! And I have something special to my readers! Use the code "

" for 15%off!

Have a lovely day, dolls!

Hi LOVEs!!! Happy Monday!
Today, I am showing off a combo that is currently a favorite of mine. Can you guess which items make up that combo? Yes, a fur coat, skinny jeans, and over-the-knee boots. I've been seriously obsessed with this super adorable fur coat I snagged on sale a few months ago at ZARA, and I practically can't take it off. Then, I got these thigh-high OTN boots recently from JustFab. I once saw how flattering the skinny jeans and OTN boots combo was on Olivia Palermo, so I definitely wanted to try if for myself. I LOVED IT!

Sometimes, I am eager to put simple pieces together to make a look that is greter than the sum of its parts. Like simply throwing on a sweater and wearing a pair of jeans. Of course, I still wanna keep things stylish. I believe these OTN boots are the magic component of this look, and you can also layer up with them on, so even better!! You can never go wrong with OTN boots!!! <3 I chose my beloved heart printed light knit (it's gifted from my dearest mom!!! ) to go with the ensemble.

When I wore this look, it was a perfect sunny day, which made it feel as if it was spring. So I wanted to enjoy the feeling by adding this newly added ice-blue mini bag from JustFab. I always adore anything in the pastel color-block, and I am so pleased with how I played things up with the fur coat and the bag. I decided to stick with a pink color palette for accessories and makeup to match the fur coat: Pink earrings, pink eye shadow and pink lipstick.

Hope you had an amazing weekend and cheers to a new month!

Hi LOVEs!! Happy Veterans Day!
Hope you kicked off the new week super fabulously!
I don't know if I have ever mentioned it, but I have always been into mens-inspired looks and girl-meets-boy mixups. Unfortunately, I haven't had enough opportunities to show such styles to you (at least not as much as I want), so here you go!

I scored this amazing oversized blazer at Buffalo Exchange last year, and it's been my ultimate favorite during this time of the year. It helps me easily achieve a sophisticated look as soon as I throw it on. I am super petite with narrow shoulders, which makes it difficult to find an ideal blazer that is well-fitting, especially when it comes to an oversized one. So I am glad to have this one and I will keep it forever in my closet! This look was styled with my old wardrobe, which proves that you don't have to get new things to create an on-trend look!
To pull off this masculine-inspired look, I just combines with classic staple items together: white shirt, skinny jeans, and lace-up heels. Oh, and you can't forget to add a fedora hat to compliment the look. That's what makes this look polished! You could swap these heels for a pair of oxford or ankle boots for even more tomboy effect. I personally love mixing things up with heels to add some height to my look. (Just because I really don't want to look short and it's important to make up for my short legs!!!) A few things I always keep in mind when I go for man-like looks is not to forget to add a hint of feminine touch. So this time, I topped off with statement earrings, a pop of red lips and a lavender bag.

I seriously need to start hunting for more cute fedoras to wear this season! Any recommendations of where to shop at?
Have a good one, lovelies ♥

 Hi LOVEs!!!
I hope that you had an amazing weekend! It's about time to ready for the next weekend. Only a few left this summer -- make them count! For some time now, I've longed to work again with one of my beloved friends and most talented photographers I know in Seattle, Eric. He had been taking a break from pressing the shutters, (Yes, I'd been very sad...) but he recently decided to get back on in the saddle and resume photography! The moment he responded to my request for a photoshoot with a 'Yes, let's do it', I was so excited! As always, I had a lot of pleasurable moments shooting with him. So glad to create some magic with him again!

As a perfect backdrop for this outfit, he took me to one of the popular spots in Seattle known for capturing the Seattle's spectacular views. When we got there, we were right on time to come across a beautiful sunset. I was literally speechless for a little while....

I think the last time I wore these jeans was like a decade ago. Yeah... it's summer, it's better to wear shorts or sundress to keep it cool, and I totally agree with that. But you know it's always fun to change the things up, right? (Of course in a good way!) I really like this summer look with these skinny jeans! Since they are low-rise, it makes the top look like a crop top, showing a little bit of skin around my tummy, and letting in a bit of a breeze.  I also hadn't worn these beautiful pumps for a long time, and they always make me incredibly happy. I can't just get enough of shoes that give a plenty amount of height yet are very comfortable to walk around!
Because the top is blue stripes, I styled it up with a gorgeous "Deep Blue Sea" necklace! I am very fascinated that a single statement necklace can instantly add such an impact to an outfit. If you live in the Seattle area, I highly recommend checking out Bad Kitty Accessories in Southcenter Mall. They are a very new jewelry store, but they carry a vast selection of wonderful pieces that surely add that WOW to your look. As a case in point, my necklace is from Bad Kitty Accessories and you can't deny its effect! <3

To speak a little bit about a hairstyle, the 'pompadour ponytail' is an easy yet versatile hairstyle for summer. It makes a simple ponytail look dressed-up, is flattering to most face shapes, and most amazingly, helps you avoid the heat around your neck while looking elegant! If you are tired of your everyday ponytail and are looking for a little twist, it is also a perfect updo that is not too complicated!!

I hope you enjoyed how I wore jeans in this summer look!
Have a lovely Tuesday

Hi LOVEs!
I hope your week went well! :) Hooray for the weekend!
As you may have noticed already, in this photoshoot I am wearing NO HEELS!!!  It's super unusual for me because I hate being short. On top of that, without heels, my legs don't benefit from the elongating effect, and appear shorter! :( However, as a fashion/style blogger, I'd always had a feeling that I really wanted to step out of my comfort zone and share some 'no-heel-looks' because I know there are so many people out there who also may be self-conscious about their short legs but have the desire to wear flats sometimes.
So when CAT FOOTWEAR reached out to me for a collaboration, I immediately picked up these oxford shoelys that you should definitely own in your closet. I really like that they are vintage-inspired looking and at the same time, they have a tom-boy vibe. More importantly, they are amazingly comfortable!
To be honest with you, I was having a very hard time deciding on an outfit that looks good with these, while  remaining stylish and not making me feel inferior about wearing flats. After several styling changes, I finally was able to find the perfect outfit which became today's look.

Whenever I wear low heels or flats, I always try to put on a hat to draw your gaze upward, or do a bun style to add some extra height. Also I styled a pair of simple skinny jeans and printed shirt so that I could move the viewer's gaze up away from my lower half. It is also key to wear matching hues to elongate your body. Initially, I didn't want to add a belt because it would divide my torso and legs. Still, I wanted to play with some bright colors so I chose the neon yellow belt to go with the vivid orange bag.

Generally, any look with flats is considered to be an easy and comfy outfit. Well to me, definitely yes! I don't think I would ever want to wear them to non-casual occasions. However, I really like how this look turned out to be not-too-casual ensemble by accessorizing with the gold jewelry and curled hair style!

Hope you like how I styled the oxford shoes! I'd like to know how you wear them so feel free to comment below to share your thoughts! :) If you like those pairs, you can get them from HERE, too!

Hopefully, you'll have awesome plans for the weekend! ♥
