Hi LOVEs, and happy December!!! <3
You know, exactly a month ago tons of fashion mavens around the world were extremely thrilled to get their hands on the new Alexander Wang x H&M collection, including me, of course! The night before the collection was released, I camped out with my friends from 11pm!!! That's right, I spent  9.5 hours waiting outside, and I wasn't even at the front of the line! Luckily I was there with friends, and one of them lives 5 mins away from the store and another friend brought a tent! I know it sounds crazy, doesn't it? But it was TOTALLY worth waiting such a long time because I was able to pick up what I wanted to, and on today's post I finally can share with you guys my first Alexander Wang x H&M look!!!!

I gotta tell you, this look is by far one of my favorite street fashion outfits of 2014. Even though I've always wanted to own Alexander Wang pieces, I never had a chance before, so I can't thank H&M enough for collaborating with him so that the broader population could get cut-off versions of his clothes! For instance, I am totally obsessed with this white dress that definitely shows his outstanding design! Look at these laser-cut and sheer stripe pattens on the dress! It's so unique yet fashion-forward and polished. The amazing thing about this dress is its versatility... I could wear it as a dress or as a top! I can't wait to style this dress in many different ways, like layering up into an all white look!
For today's look I wanted to go for a grunge street style, so I paired with my favorite JC spike booties, accessorized with silver jewelry and a hologram bag to add some color, then topped it off by wearing a vampy lipstick. These "WANG" sunglasses are just so perfect for this look, and I love them so much! I literally have been carrying these killer ones wherever I go.

Hope you enjoy how I styled my picks from the collection, and please look forward to another AW x H&M collection outfit soon to be published, which also has a street style vibe but in a completely different way!

Have a lovely Tuesday and stay warm!

Hi LOVEs! Happy Monday <3
How was your weekend? In Seattle, we have been having super nice weather for the last several days and it's been amazingly beautiful, especially when the sun sets. Also we Seattleites are all still super-hyped about the recent Seahawks win against the 49ers that has us headed to Super Bowl!!!! :)
My weekend was pretty nice, too! I had a great day at work, and my friend came over to my place. Our time together was both encouraging and inspiring for both of us. You know, girl talk always helps to cheer me up and get a load off my chest.
Oh by the way...I can't believe that January is almost over!!  I gotta get those winter styles in before it turns to spring!

How do you feel about wearing an all-gray outfit? To me.... HECK YES!!! If you know me well or have followed me for a long time, you know that I loooooooooove wearing colors!!!! So you might not have guessed that I would got for an outfit that didn't feature lots of bright colors. In fact, I don't think I had ever tried out an all-monotone look before today's outfit. But I must say that it works!
Now, the color of gray isn't a color you might associate with "impact", but it is essential to have some gray basics in your wardrobe such as a sweater, coat, blazer, trousers, hats, or even shoes! If you incorporate it into your outfits you can effortlessly create classic and sophisticated looks. You can even update your outfits by adding a touch of gray, as well! I believe that you've seen tons of fashionistas/fashionistos in the world wearing grays throughout the last year, and they fashionably manged to style them! I was completely fascinated and inspired by how well they dressed in grays, and I really wanted to add the color to my ensemble. Boom! Here is what I have achieved!!

I can't help but saying I love this look so much! I put it together with basic items. However, the whole outfit shows the power of gray! This awesome long knit jacket from NOWiSTYLE is one of my favorites this season! It's incredibly warm and so trendy!! Due to my short height, I am kind of hesitant to wear long-length clothes, but this is a total exception! You know what I meant?! I completed the look pairing these Charlotte Russe spiked lace-up booties (These are crazy, aren't they?), ebay a fringed leather bag, and H&M mirror aviator sunglasses to give a touch of that 'rock star' vibe..
The monochromatic looks are still going strong in 2014; I can't wait to rock them in my spring looks! In addition to that, I am completely excited to buy some pastel clothes and accessories to prepare for spring and combining them with gray! I already know what to purchase! hehe

Have a great week sweeties! ♥

Hi LOVEly readers! Happy Halloween!
Hope you all had a fun and amazing Halloween weekend! :) I was very overjoyed with my Halloween this year! First, my boss took to me to a pumpkin patch, which I had never done before, and I really liked the field where I could pick and choose among so many different kinds and colors of pumpkins. Then, he hosted a huge Halloween party last weekend! I was his main assistant, acting as a photographer and mingling with the guests, but also he gave me the responsibility to put on a fashion show of costumes at the party! For my first costume I dressed up as a naughty feline femme fatale, and my second costume was as a Geisha, which is a costume I have wanted to do for a long long time!! My boss also invited a professional photographer to the party so that the guests could have professional photographs taken of their fabulous costumes! Of course I had a bunch of pictures taken at the booth. So don't forget to scroll down to see both of my costumes!!!

I wore this following outfit for a TOPSHOP launch event last week and my inspiration was Halloween. I added the wide-brimmed fedora (think witch chic) from Free People  and I accessorized myself with both spiky and Haloween-inspired jewelry such as snake, skull and spider rings, a horn necklace, geometric earrings. I added  a touch of dark purple color to my lips to emphasize a Witch touch.

I love how my knee high socks and these Steve Madden platform pumps go well together and I really appreciate the fact that they make my legs look longer. These heels are not meant for shopping for hours, but you know how I am. I love CRAZY shoes that catch people's eyes! After I finished shopping, my feet were completely dead but I really love how these heels can bring out the Witch vibe.

Who in the world would think to combine camouflage and witch look together? ME!!!! lol
I wouldn't have expected that they could ever go well together, but look how it turned out! I really love it and love that this outfit has a sense of femininity thank to the pleated skirt!

Hope you enjoy my today's look, LOVEs!!!
I took some pictures at the event at Bellevue Square Topshop, so hopefully I can share them with you soon!

Okay, now it's time to talk about Halloween!
What do/did you guys dress up as?
Here is my Naughty Cat & Geisha costume!!!

Please enjoy my costumes!!!!

I had purchased a cat costume for my first Halloween in 2008. Since then, I had worn it in 2010 and 2011, and now I am so tired of the same costume, yet I didn't wanna spend a bunch of money for an outfit I could only wear one day a year. So I re-styled everything, by using the cat ear headband and bow collar.

Bustier: Forever 21
Tutu: Rented
Red Mesh Tights: a local store
Fur cuffs: ASOS
Booties: Jeffrey Campbell

What I like the most about this look is my hair! I managed to style my hair fabulously, didn't I?

As for the Geisha look, everything is rented.
I mentioned earlier in this post that my boss hosted a Halloween party, and his nice friend who owns a costume shop let us borrow whatever we wanted to pick. This Geisha costume was my pick. I had not planned to change my costume, but I always love to try a new thing and the Geisha costume was one of the top 5 costumes I've wanted to try whenever I had a chance!
I am really obsessed with this kimono so bad! Isn't it just so dramatic and gorgeous? No wonder it's worth over $200+. I couldn't find the obi (wide sash) to tie the kimono so I used the robe ribbon as the obi! lol It actually works huh?
I am so glad to finally get dressed up as a Geisha for my Halloween costume!!! All the guests completely loved my second costume more than my first one, and said that I reminded them of a Geisha from "Memoirs of a Geisha"!!

What do you guys think? :)

Thank you very much for reading today's long post, but I really hope that you enjoy it!!!!!
Have a freaky but fun Trick-or-Treating!

Hi LOVEly readers!
It's August, which means summer time is almost gone... :( I still have so many things I wanna do, though.

Such a short time to do so many things! Oh well... I gotta plan each day not to waste what summer I have left! haha
I have been waiting for so long to post this ALL WHITE look ever since I had the photoshoot! ALL WHITE is the definitely style that I really wanted to try for once!! Why not?!?!
Finally I made it happen, and how can't I NOT love this trend? I believe that all-white look can been seen everywhere, so now I wonder why I hadn't tried it myself until now.. It's an insanely awesome look for this season. I really love the fact that white can create that image of purity, peace, and innocence, and I think that my outfit is no exception. ( I hope!) But that's not all I am about, as you know! Never satisfied, I styled it up with some bold accessories and jewelry, such as red lipstick, a spiky necklace, some lizard earrings, a snake ring, and neon platforms.  That gave me all-white with some EDGE!

When the photographer and I were looking for some nice scenery in which to showcase this look, we ran into a perfect hidden place right in Pike Place Market. The light pink wall generates a Greek/Santorini atmosphere that really matches my look and makes my outfit standout even more. (If only the photoshoot could have REALLY been in Greece!) Plus, the cafe bar right opposite the wall has an amazing style thanks to their fascinating exterior.

One of my recent fave items is this Spike Mob Necklace courtesy of ABSTRAKTLA! I've got so many compliments on this necklace, and everyone loves it! It can go with any kind of clothes/styles for sure! I've paired it up with a sundress, black sheer top, and a draped cami. Yup, all of them look absolutely fabulous with this necklace!
If you are looking for a cool necklace that helps create a subtle look, this is it!
Thank you so much ABSTRAKTLA! :)

Do you have a necklace that goes with every outfit?

Hope you like/love my ALL WHITE look :)
