"Urban Biker Chic": A bit of eye candy for your ride

LEATHER JACKET: Thrifted originally from Flying Tomato  |  PANTS & BELT: Thrifted  |  SHIRT: Forever 21  |  CRYSTAL COLLAR NECKLACE: Nasty Gal  |  EARRINGS, FUR SCARF & ROUNDED BAG: H&M  |  BULLET BRACELET: C/O Peace Love Flair  |  LEOPARD BOOTIES: ASOS  |  SUNGLASSES: Buffalo Exchange

As I was doing some online shopping at ASOS ( the best online store EVER!!!!), I found that TARTAN PRINTS and CHECK PRINTS are definitely hot this season, in addtion to other trendy items... like Oxblood and Studded. Also, the biker inspired jackets are a must-have item for this winter. Sooooooo, why not put together this look by combining both!?!? Twice as nice!!!! haha

I am really happy that this look came out looking very fun and playful. Maybe it is because of my hairstyle and leopard booties. My new fur scarf that I got from H&M a few weeks ago perfectly complements the biker jacket, too. I am really enamored of my CRYSTAL COLLAR NECKLACE by Nasty Gal (THANK YOU!!!) because it totally goes with any and every style, even when I am going casual.

As for the bullet bracelet c/o Peace Love Flair, this bracelet knows how to make a statement!! To be honest when I first got the bracelet, I was a little lost as to when I was going to wear it. BUT not anymore! I figured it out now!!!! It adds a great touch to this look, doesn't it? Thanks for the great piece Pease Love Flair <3 This bracelet is not available any more, but they always have great stuff so don't forget to check them out!!!!

5 Ways To Rock A Stunning Dress: JUST PLAIN 'HOT'

2 weeks ago I got a package from a Singapore clothing line "Tracyeinny", and I was gifted two fabulous products in their line. Here you can see me wearing one of them -- the Mandie Lace Dress.
This dress is flattering even for a petite person like myself, as it is very stunning with its design and details.  As I was trying the dress on in front of the mirror, an awesome idea suddenly popped up: "Why don't I style up some different looks using the dress? It would be fun, wouldn't it?"
So I began poring through all the clothes I have in my closet while picturing  possible looks that would nicely match the dress. As I was thinking of the outfits, my focus was to create a different feeling and taste for each.

As you can see in the pictures above, I must say I successfully created 5 contrasting looks that are equally wearable in daily life. And for the next few weeks until my future new outfit posts, I will be blogging about how I imagined and interpreted each look.
I have summarized each of the styles below and will post updates to the blog to expain how I came up with each of them, so STAY TUNED~!!!!

1. Just Plain 'HOT'
2. Slim Lines, Statement Pumps
3. Japanese Inspiration, Hey cutie!
4. Preppy Chic
5. New Orleans Night life Lady

OKAY! Here we go! Let's begin with the first look!

For this first look, I simply put the dress on with sequined open-toe platform heels. I wanted this look to emphasize elegance.  To achieve that, I softly curled my hair and brought it to the side, pulling my bangs back. I wanted to showcase the dress' amazing collar details, so I didn't want hair or a fab necklace to obscure it. Still, I didn't want things to be boring; I wore some gold dangling earrings as an accent.

Did you like the first look? Hope you did!
I will be announcing when I am going to post about the second look, so be sure not to miss it!!!

Oh just a little note that Tracyeinny is now doing 50% storewide sale till Xmas!!!"Save money, buy more!!" Enjoy your Xmas shopping!

Rounding Out Art Deco with Fox Fur

TOP: French Connection  |  SKIRT: Free People  |  TIGHTS: Japan  |  FUR COAT: GAP  |  EARRINGS, NECKLACE, & BRACELET: H&M  |  BOOTIES: NASTY GAL

I really love this look a lot just because I haven't worn a lady-like outfit for a while. Since it's December that means it's time to celebrate holidays, this look could be a holiday inspired look, I guess...

The top I found in Buffalo Exchange but originally from French Connection completely caught my eye so I couldn't resist to buy it, and my decision didn't fail at all. I should have taken a close look of it, but you still can see how amazing the details are. Plus, it creates a vintage looking; that's another reason why I really love this top because you know, vintage stuff are usually expensive in my opinion. lol
I didn't have any clothes that have such beautiful designs/details so this top is definitely gonna be my favorite statement piece.

Also I love mixing up all black accessories with different textures. It creates an appealing looking and am also happy with how the fur coat gives the elegance feeling to my look.
With this look I am so ready to enjoy my holidays with a glass of champagne and some delicious refreshments!

What's your holiday inspired look?

Girl in Winter White

Photographed by Jesse Roger

PEA COAT: OLD NAVY  |  SCARF, SWEATER & NECKLACE: H&M  |  SKIRT: THRIFTED |  SUNGLASSES: NO BRAND  |  BAG, WATCH & EARRINGS: ALDO  |  BRACELETS: Charlotte Russe  | LITA CLAW: JEFFREY CAMPBEL @ NASTY GAL

Since I tend to style up my outfits with colors, this look is very fresh to me. The prime item on this look is my new LITA CLAW from Nasty Gal as my birthday gift so I really want the beautiful babies stand out. That's another reason for making this outfit with white and black. To be honest this is my first time wearing white-on-white look; it actually looks nice isn't it? I feel like I should make more of outfits like this!

Definitely LITA CLAW is one of my favorite boots! They are just RAD. I'd always had a strong desire to own a black LITA so these pairs are just perfect!!!! I am so happy that I got this as my birthday present <3

Also PEA COATS ARE so trendy right now. As Who What Wear mentions about peacoats, they are timeless appeal, military influences, and have ability to pull together any look. I feel the same way.
Mixing up with peacoats absolutely freshen up my look!!!!!
Pea coats are one of the must-have items this winter along with the other trendy coats like a military inspired jacket!

New H&M Hauls

Hey lovelies!
Can you believe that it's already December? and which means that this year is almost over!!!!! I feel like I still need more a few more months because I actually have a lot of things I want to do within 2012! How about you guys? Are you ready for the new year? :)

So since November is my birthday month, ( yes I became 26! Happy Birthday to me! ) I'd decided to spoil myself quite a lot! hehe yup, I'VE BEEN SHOPPING SO MUCH!!!!!
I am so pleased that there were so many days for SALES in my bd month! Pre-Black Friday sales, Black Friday sales, and Cyber Monday Sales.... How could I not take advantage of these amazing sales, right?
Last year I stayed awake till in the morning just to go shopping on Black Friday. It was totally my first time to shop on Black Friday so I was completely excited about it. However, this year I had to refuse it because I needed to work.
But then, I received an awesome email from H&M, my most favorite brand in the world, before BF and it was regarding Pre-Black Friday Deals. This email was such a big trigger for me to shop at H&M next day!

As you can see through the pictures above, I've obtained greatly wonderful items from them....
Maison Marin Margiela Collection totally brew me away! It was just so much fun looking at all the incredible stuff. Unfortunately I couldn't buy what I wanted to. Yet I am still happy with what I could get, which is the horse tail necklace. My most favorite items out of my purchase is the Galaxy Print Jacket. I've seen so many ppl wearing Galactic items, mostly leggings and skirts, but I couldn't find the best piece for myself.... and guess what? This jacket was THE LAST ONE in the store. I had such a good luck when I spotted it when I was looking at the Winter Magazine as I was fitting.
The blue shiny knit is totally cool and fabulous, the black statement necklace would be able to add the  bold emotion to any of my outfits, the fur scarf can be a very tasteful item for fall, the jewelries are always necessity items so it never gets enough, and the glitter rounded bag will serve as a playful and eye-catch guy with the all-black-look during Winter.

In addition to those amazing hauls, I've got two pairs of Litas (Lita Claw & Lita Spike) from Jeffery Campbell via Nasty Gal and Solestuck, and a Crystal Collar necklace from Nasty Gal as well, and I am waiting for a camo oversized knitted sweater from a new incredibly inexpensive online store, Sheinside and for other three packages from ASOS.

Well well.... I've shopped enough, haven't I ? lol I must stop shopping or take a break at least for a while.

Hope you guys enjoyed shopping at Black Friday as much as I do!!!

Menswear-inspired Jacket + Oxblood Tights

JACKET: BB DAKOTA, thrifted at Buffalo Exchange  |  BLACK CUTOUT CROPPED TOP: ASOS  |  WHITE HIGH-WAISTED SHORT: Japan  | OXBLOOD TIGHTS: Japan  |  LACE-UP BOOTS: Steve Madden  |  BAG: NILA ANOTHONY, thrifted  |  ZEBRA SCARF & PEACOCK BROACH: F21  |  SUNNIES: Buffalo Exchange  |  WATCH: ALDO

Things have been really tough and hectic lately... even though November is my birthday month. I was completely discouraged from doing everything and I've completely neglected my blog...
I sincerely apologize for those who take the time to read my blog.

__________________________________________________

Winter is finally here. The weather in Seattle is crazily getting colder day by day, yet I looked foward to fall/winter because I love layering up, wearing knits, boots, huts and lovely tights and so on... :)

I completely in love with this over-sized jacket I found at Buffalo Exchange a few weeks ago. Every time I swung by there, it always caught my eyes, but I always gave up on purchasing it although I was totally lovin' it. However, I was very luck to get it when it was marked down because it was 50% off!!! There wasn't any reason to buy it except the price, so I was so pleased it's mine now!!!!

People tend to wear darker clothes during winter. I am actually one of them. I know you can still look chic and fabulous with all black outfits.
Nonetheless, I mostly attempt to add up some colored accessories to avoid wearing blacks. That's why as you can see, for this look I added the oxblood tights and mixed with the blue eye-catchy bag!!

New Obsession: Printed Leggings

STUDDED BLACK BERET HAT: a Japanese brand  |  SILKY WHITE TOP: Aritzia  |  HIGH WASTED SKIRT: Free People  |  PINK SEQUIN OVERSIZED CARDI: BEBE   |  CHEETAH PRINT LEGGINGS: Pitaya  |  PURPLE SUEDE LITA: Jeffery Campbell  | FRINGED BAG: Forever 21

Before I talk about this look, I really want to share happy news with you!

I MOVED IN A NEW PLACE!!!!! YAY!!!

I'd always wanted to move out from the previous place so bad but I had to wait until my lease was over and had to prepare enough money to move in as well. The entire moving was extremely disaster and tiring, duh... However, it's totally worth it because my close friends live very close, I can go mostly everywhere by bus which is a very big deal to me who doesn't drive, and most importantly my room is WAY WAY WAY brighter! :) I am tremendously pleased with my new room and the neighbor where is like my home town in Japan!

Okay... let's talk about my look :)
I wore this look for Madonna's concert about two weeks ago. ( I am sorry it's such a old look! :(( ) and completely LOVED it. Why? I was so in rush to get ready, like I made this outfit literally in a few mins lol Yet look how it came out!!!!!!
I wanted my look to be very fun and comfortable because it was for the concert, so I wore this NEW AMAZING & PLAYFUL LEGGINGS I've got the day before from PITYA , at the first time. I'd never had printed leggings although I've died to own. It's super fit and eye-catchy and looks trendy. Plus, I can wear it with many many different ways like as pants and tights as I did for this outfit! So glad I found them <3

Do you like printed leggings?? :D

Feeling girly...

HEAD BAND: American Apparel  |  TOP, CHAINED NECKLACE, SQUARE BRACELET: Forever 21  |  BROWN LEATHER SKIRT: Abercrombie & Fittch  |  DOTTED SOCKS: ASOS  |  NEON PINK WEDGES: UrbanOG  |  WATCH: Gifted  |  EARRINGS, BRACELETS: Charlotte Russe  |  BAG: IORI (Japanese Brand)  |  SUNNIES: Free People

Since I've been wearing pants and shorts quite a lot lately, I was in a strong mood for wearing a skit. So I pull my favorite leather skirt off from the closet because I am aware that LEATHER pieces are in vogue this season!! As well as the feeling of wearing the skirt, I wanted to make a girly look, so I put on the dotted socks and the neon pink wedges to style up the look, adding an extra girly taste with the burgundy head band.
However, I really love how the outfit doesn't look TOO girly because of the silver chained necklace and  the black inverted triangle earrings. When you are in a girly mood, How do you dress up? :D

Let me speak of the wedges a bit. Ever since I've worn those lovely pair of shoes, I've got tons of compliments just as I was walking and have asked where I got them from. I bought them at UrbanOG and they have really affordable and stylish fashion items. I just checked if the wedges are still available and guess what? They ARE!!! and even discounted which is only $15!!!! Unfortunately they have only 6.5 in pink and 6 & 6.5 in lime/yellow... :(  BUT!!! if you can fit in those sizes, don't miss this out because I know you will like them as much as I do!!!!!

Before Summer Expires

FEDORA HAT: F21  |  WHITE TOP: Heather (Japanese Brand)  |  LEATHER PANTS: Purchased at Buffalo Excahnge  |  FLORAL KIMONO TOP: H&M  |  WEDGE BOOTIES: Lulu.com  |  BAG: STEVE MADDEN  |  NECKLACE: GUESS

Lately I am so happy that the weather in Seattle is stunningly beautiful and awesome. It makes me feel as if summer is still going on, which is good esp for Seattleite!! So my beloved best friend and I took an advantage of it to walk around her house in the Capital Hill area. We didn't nothing special, just walking and chilling, enjoying the view. Yet it was really refreshing, and everything there produces very modernistic and historical atmosphere that I totally LOVE in spite of  my first time visiting. I was very impressed by how wonderful and cute all the buildings and houses look on the outside.  I shoulda taken more pics so I could have shown you the beautiful view of Capital Hill. Right now I am planning to move out from my current place and am now REALLY thinking about moving in around this area lol

Talking about my look I am wearing the floral kimono top is one of my favorite pieces I've got this summer, and to be honest this was my second time to wear it. haha I know I have TONS of clothes! That's why I wanted to rock the top before summer ends! Also 'DUO-TONE' is one of the coolest trends this autumn/winter  , so I put it together with my DUO-TONE look, adding up BURGUNDY (also one of the trends!) fedora. I can't wait to wear more of the fall looks and to share them with my lovely readers!!!

Hope you guys will enjoy your weekends!! :)

Boyfriend Jacket X Leopard Booties

BLAZER, TOP: Forever 21  |  SHORTS: Another Edition (Japanese Brand)  |  LEOPARD BOOTIES: ASOS  |  SUNNIES, EARRINGS: Urban Outfitters  |  BRACELETS, RINGS: H&M, F21, ASOS, Charlotte Russe

This is one of my work outfits and I completely love it because it has a feeling of both coolness and sexiness but not too much. Also I am in love with two things, which is the title of this post, BOYFRIEND JACKET & LEOPARD BOOTIES. Since I am petite and my shoulder is narrow as well as sloping, I always have a trouble finding an oversized jacket that fits me well. Not only about the fitting, I really adore its color, retro orange. I've seen other colors like red, blue, yellow, and pink yet orange. Those leopard booties are bomb! Leopard prints are always so stylish and never be out of style/fashion. When I found them at ASOS, I saw the sign "SOLD OUT", but then I came back a while after, the sign was gone!!! I was too excited (How couldn't I? lol ) because it seemed like I was the LAST one who was able to purchase the pair. One problem of the shoes, though, is I can't wear them for a long time since their heels are quite high although I get used to it... However if I carry flats there is no problem :) The fall boots I want to own for myself is SNAKESKIN boots or heels (BOOTS here, here or here HEELS here) ! Hope I am a good hunter to find them sooner!!!!!

In the Sunday Pacific NW Magazine...

Hi LOVEly readers!
I am deeply sorry for not being able to update my blog almost for a month... I've had to take care of many personal things. BUT! I am back now :)

Today I have very exciting and memorable news to share with you.

As you already saw the pictures above I am so honored to have the opportunity to be in one of the Seattle magazine. Sadly it's not about me ( but someday for sure!), it's about an interview of my boss at work regarding fashion, which carried on a few months ago. At the interview I modeled one of a young designer's gowns.
I really wouldn't expect that the pictures the photographer took would be shown that big and not even on the cover and on a two-page spread.

As well as the magazine, if you go to Pacific NW Magazine Facebook Page those photos are selected as their profile and cover photos.
How couldn't I be more happier when I found that out?

I still can't believe that I am there. However I am super pleased all my effort I've made is paying of little by little. This great opportunity definitely gave me more confidence and strongly convinced me of this:

"if you don't give up, you can surely make everything happen, no matter how long it will take"

My dream is to be a..

☆JAPANESE PETITE FASHIONISTA IN THE US☆

I don't know how long it will take me to reach this point, but I would like to hope it won't take a long time and hopefully next time I am in any magazine, it features my fashion :) Until then I will keep doing my best !!!!!!!

Pink Girly Outfit

PINK SUMMER CARDIGAN: Free People  |  DENIM ZIP BRALET: Topshop  |  SKIRT: Crossroads Trading Co.  |  BELT & LEGGINGS: Thrifted  |  PINK WEDGE HEELS (Three Colors Available) : Urbanog.  |  EARRINGS: ALDO  |  NECKLACE: Express  |  SUNGLASSES: H&M

Lately I am apt to pick pink items for my outfit and this look is one of my favorites of "Pink Outfit."  I love wearing pink color; it gives me extra feeling of being a girl....

I have a lot of cardigans in my closet and the one I am wearing is my best one. I got it last year and ever since it's been mine, I am totally obsessed with it. Not only are there many ways to wear it, like backward or using the buttons,  it also provides "sexiness" because of lace cuts style.

I am also in love with the new TOPSHOP bralet ( you can still get yours! All you need to do is just to click the link above) I had wanted a cropped top so bad and this is a perfect item for it!!!!! I just found out that there is a magic! When I wear it, it helps me look my boobs bigger lol

As far as my hair style, I kinda get tired of regular braided hair styles so I made two braids and crossed over my head. It's easy, like you only need 5 to 7 mins to achieve this hair style. Now I have blue dip dye and can't wait to do this again with a different color of braids!!

Baby Pink Summer Knitted Sweater

KHAKI PARKA: Purchased in Japan  |  KNIT : Free People  |  BELT & SKIRF : Thrifted  |  DOTTED SOCKS: ASOS  |  RED BOOTS: Nasty Gal (Qupid)  |  NECKLACES: EXPRESS & H&M  |  WATCH: Nordstrom  |  BRACELETS: F21, Charlotte Russe, ALDO  |  GLASSES: Urban Outfitters

While knitted swears are considered as one of the ultimate winter clothing items, I've seen a lot of fashionistas actually use them as their statement piece of outfits during this spring/summer. I know you would say... "Really? Knitted Sweaters for summer?" yet they are definitely becoming the new hottest  spring/summer trend, I believe.
You can rock your summer outfits just by adding a stylish summer knitted sweater with hot pants & summer heels/wedges OR with soft/comfy light silky pants.

I found some cool photos that you could follow the styles regarding summer knitted sweaters!

Hello Summer, Hello New Babies

Hello my lovely & fashionable readers! I hope you all are having a great summer time!

I am super duper excited to share my recent purchase from Piperlime

Before summer started, I'd been dying to have a new pair of summer heels for myself, and just as I'd been searching for them over the internet and in the stores, I was gifted a coupon code in the mail. So I took advantage of it to own mine.
Then after surfing the site, I was very lucky to find these chic nude gorgeous pairs!!! I could't resist them when I first found!
On top of me loving colors so much everything I admired was included in them; STUDS, PLATFORMS, ANKLE STRAP, WIDE & THICK HEELS....
It seems it's hard to walk. NO WAY! It's effortlessly comfy to walk!!!!
I am happy to get lots of compliments whenever I wear them :)

What's your irresistible summer heels????
